Bolt is the very first energy platform in Belgium where people can buy their energy directly from local green producers. From the solar panels of Annick or the windmill from Bruno, people buy local with impact on the transition to green.
The current energy industry is not transparent. Bolt wants to turn this upside down with a hyper transparent proposition on both price and green. By buying local energy via Bolt people help to make the energy industry more personal, more transparent, and more sustainable.
What do we expect from you?
You will be the responsible for the roll-out of the sales activities of Bolt by taking ownership and responsibility. You are responsible for the full chain from planning to execution, starting from budgeting and planning to the follow-up of the results on a monthly, but also on a day-to-day basis. You use your creativity together with the proposition of Bolt to turn the way energy is sold upside down. You focus on direct sales activities organizing the local sales and promotional sales channels.
You have the unique opportunity to build a dynamic team and take up the important role as one of the key people in the development of the company. You strive for ambitious targets that are set with very strict timings and report directly to the CEO of the company.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably business-oriented
- You are hungry to change the world and challenge the energy industry to become greener and more transparent
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment
- You are very ambitious, disciplined, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Result-oriented and striving for KPIs
